We make every effort to ensure that the fruit and food items we feature on our site are in season and available. For optimal quality and freshness, or due to seasonality, Fruitfully reserves the right to substitute items of equal or higher value and appearance when necessary.

We ship your gift from one of our five facilities across the US, to ensure your gift spends as little time in transit as possible - and arrives fresh as can be!

When we take images of our fresh food gifts, we seek to display all their contents in all their glory.  We like to show how you can present individual items, and see what you're getting! But fresh food - fruit, especially! - is fragile, and needs to be packed with special care to ensure that it arrives to you intact.  

That being said, sometimes your gift might arrive a little differently than expected.  We do it for a reason - and want you to know it! Scroll through gift images and look for the badge on the image that says "Packed with Care" to see what our gifts look like in their boxes and baskets, packed for shipping.

Our fresh fruit gifts are built from scratch the day we ship it. Other gifts, like nuts and dried fruits are made on a weekly basis, to ensure we're always sending you the highest quality gifts.
